K–1st
Ages 5–7
Introduction to lacrosse fundamentals — catching, throwing, and having fun. No contact.
2nd–3rd
Ages 7–9
Building core skills with small-sided games. Focus on teamwork and basic strategy.
4th Grade
Age 9–10
Competitive play with full-field games. Position development and game IQ.
5th Grade
Age 10–11
Elevated competition with advanced skill-building and team strategy.
6th Grade
Age 11–12
Full-contact lacrosse with advanced skills, strategy, and tournament play.
7th Grade
Age 12–13
Top-level youth competition. High-intensity training and championship play.
8th Grade
Age 13–14
Advanced competition for experienced players. Leadership, strategy, and elite skill development.
