Gear List
All players are responsible for their own protective equipment and stick. Here's what your son needs before the first practice.
Helmets must be NOCSAE certified. Do not purchase a helmet that does not carry this certification — it will not be permitted on the field.
K–3rd Grade
Required
- Helmet with face mask (NOCSAE certified)
- Shoulder pads (youth size)
- Arm pads
- Gloves
- Mouthguard
- Short stick (30–42 inches)
- Athletic cup (recommended)
- Cleats
4th–8th Grade
Required
- Helmet with face mask (NOCSAE certified)

Season Schedule
Practice schedules are set by each team's head coach and will be shared directly with families before the season begins.
Volunteer
Our program runs on the energy and dedication of parent volunteers. There's a role for every level of involvement.
Assistant Coach
Help run drills and support the head coach during practices and games. No prior coaching experience required — just a love for the game and working with kids.
Team Manager
Coordinate schedules, communicate with families, and keep the team organized. Great for parents who want to stay involved without being on the field.
Snack & Hospitality
Organize post-game snacks, team celebrations, and end-of-season events. A small effort that makes a big difference for the kids.
Equipment Coordinator
Help manage equipment pickup and return, inventory, and loaner gear for families in need.

Express InterestSideline Conduct
Parents set the tone. Your behavior on the sideline directly impacts your son's experience and the culture of our program.
Cheer for all players — your son's team and the opponents
Respect officials' calls — do not argue or shout at referees
Stay in the designated spectator area during games
Do not coach from the sidelines during play
Model the sportsmanship you want your son to show
Keep language and behavior family-friendly at all times
Violations of the conduct policy may result in being asked to leave the facility. Repeated violations may affect your son's participation in the program.
